Anilox Cleaner
The gradual build up of excessive ink results in a poor print image and wasted down time on press. With todays quality and efficiency demands, that there is a simple and effective way to maintain cleanliness throughtout the ink process.
The important of safety aspect where operator is not subjected to harmful chemicals and solvents that cause inhalation difficulties as well as skin irritants is emphasized.
Anilox cleaner has been developed with all these factors in mind. The result is an effective and safe daily ink cleaner which can be applied through the ink flow system. This has the effect of both cleaning exisiting ink, and reducing further build up.
Anilox cleaner can be either sprayed onto stereo's, anilox rolls, and press parts, or can be applied to the ink flow system by pumping through the existing pumps once press run is completed.
