Products Specification:

  1. Positive Developer

    Features:

    - For all presensitized positive working lithographic plates.
    - Can be use for manual developing or through a plate processor.
    - Develope consistently to the finest "half tone"
    - Even developing and prevent spotting on the hydrophilic layer and improve its properties.

    Application:

    - For manual developing (Ration 1:8)
    - For Plate Processor (Ration 1:6:7)
  2. Plate Gum

    Features:

    - For all types of negative and positive metal plates.
    - Preserves the plate indefinitely and prevents plate binding.
    - Washes easily off and ready to print.
    - Gives maximum water receptivity in non-image areas.
    - As an additive to improve dampening in water and water-alcohol system.

    Application:

    - Apply it with a wet sponge for gumming the plates.
    - For hand application, can apply direct or with light mixture of water.
    - For machine, dilute with water to suit application.
    - As Fountain Solution additive, apply directly to Fountain Solution.
  3. Plate Cleaner

    Features:

    - Remove fresh and dried ink from image areas.
    - Powerful plate cleaner that completely desensitizes on non-image areas.
    - Give greater ink scratched and heavy scums.
    - Can be use with all makes of Aluminum Plates.

    Application:

    1. Apply with a wet sponge over entire area of plate.
    2. Clean the plate in circular movement, if abrasive contact is required.
    3. Remove with clean water with a sponge.
    4. For plates with heavy scratches, scums and oxidation due to poor storage, application can be done as to step "2 & 3" of the above and then followed by step "5".
    5. Apply a film layer of Brown "B" over the entire plate and leave it for approximately 30 - 60 seconds, wash the plate with clean water and apply Plate Gum Solution.
  4. Positive Corrector

    Features:

    - Remove unwanted images from all positive working offset plates.
    - Remove mild oxidation and scratches on non-image areas.
    - Desensitizes scumming and greasing.
    - Non-drip - with an appropriate amount of PP Positive Corrector, it will not drip from the brush.

    Application:

    - Apply PP Corrector to the image with a brush.
    - Destroy the image with immediate brush action or with wet sponge after 20 seconds.
    - For fine correction, it is better to damp the plate first.
    - Avoid skin contact and inhalation.
