Flexo Plates
The Jet range of Flexo plates used in all kinds of Flexographic machines.
Standard varieties include:-
a) The AR plate is mainly used in quality flexography: flexible packaging, labels, paper, aluminium foil. The AR plate features excellent calibration and a dimensionally stable polyester base.
b) The AR plate is especially recommended for half tone jobs, less dot gain due to the hard polymer, Excellent ink transfer to the solid design, High ozone resistance, Excellent flexibility.
c) The AR plate is recommended for use with aggressive inks which contain Ethyl acetate (recommended concentration is 20% maximum). Excellent flexibility, High ozone resistance.
d) The AR plate is Universal plate for half tone and solid jobs, Excellent ink transfer to the solid design, Short exposure time required, Sharp shoulder angle, High ozone resistance. Standard plate thicknesses include 1.70mm, 2.84mm and 4.7mm (for AR). Special thicknesses can be ordered.

Water washable photopolymer printing plates have been produced for over 15 years with the use of the latest technology, high standard quality control and constant co-operation with the research and development department.

Due to the variety of backings, such as steel, polyester film and aluminium, and the various hardnesses, Jet Photopolymer plates can be used for all kinds of printing such as label, tube, form, security, tampon printing and dry offset.

Short making process, wide exposure range, high solubility in normal tap water and little residue, guarantee an easy reliable and environmentally friendly plate making process.
# Appliances and machines
For processing our JET Photopolymer plates, we offer every printshop extensive machinery for plate making, exposure, rotary exposure, automatic Brush washer and Dryer all in one machine. Compact appliance for flow line system for plate sizes of 250x 350mm upto a maximum of 800 x 1100 mm.
Standard thicknesses include 0.73m, 0.94mm , 1.75mm. Special thicknesses can be provided on order.
