*Complete flat film line for:
~Thermoforming film for packaging of consumer products like yoghurt cup, margerine cup, fruit trays or cups for industrial uses like blister and display packaging, usually PS, PP, PET, and recycled material and film thickness dependent on layer thickness between 0.15 and 2.5 mm
~Film for MAP container for food packaging industry film thickness of 0.5 to 2.5 mm and film width of 800 mm. Raw material normally PP and PET with various layers are used. This packaging has optimal barrier against grease and moisture permeability for food with a modified atmosphere
~ Film for office stationary or emboss film normally make of 1 - 3 layers with a total thickness of about 200 - 500 . and embossed from both sides up to a width of 1200 mm. Emboss PP is used for office stationary like plastic covers and folders and designer goods as well as promotional gifts
~ Reinforced flat film as a substitution to PVC and PE blend pressed onto a textile nonwoven layer with 1-3 mm film thickness and width up to 4000 mm generally use for sealing of flat roof, liner material for water reservoirs and water recycling plants
*Sheet line:
~ Twin sheet for fuel tank of high barrier with 6 - 7 layers thermoformed to tank for car industry. Sheet normally made of PE and EVA and thickness 8 - 9 mm and width 1200 - 2400 mm
~ Transparent sheet of PC and acrylic with high mechanical strength and heat stable for lighting element with high impact resistance, lamp domes, glazing shower separators. With addition of UV resistance layer, sheet are used for green houses or conservatories. Sheet up to 5 layers possible with thickness of 2 mm to 12 mm and width over 3000 mm.
~ High grade, glass clear, transparent sheet in "Roehm - quality" for production of window, usually multilayer PC or PMMA in thickness of 0.5 - 12 mm and width of 2000 mm
~ Multilayer sheet line made of ABS or PC as well as barrier material of thickness 10 -20 mm with width of 2000 mm for car body components. If with wood chips with PP outer layer, it can be use for interior trim for truck. With PE or PP, thick toilet wall can be made.
